I spent 17 years doing sales and marketing for AT&T, Apple, Samsung, and DirecTV. I learned the strategies, the systems, the tools that big brands use to dominate markets.
But I kept thinking about the shops I grew up around. The carnicerias, the tire shops, the restaurants, all the people working twice as hard, getting half the visibility.
